Your function MUST end one hour prior to your departure time listed on the contract. You must be OUT of the facility at or before the departure time, utilizing the prior hour for clean up. I have read, understand, and agree to comply.

The completion of this online agreement does not insure you will reserve any facility for any date or time. Approval of this online agreement must first be granted by the Saranac Lake Civic Center and agreement must be signed outlining the terms of the event rental. I understand that if approval of the date(s) is granted, an agreement outlining the terms will be provided and a deposit will be due in order to secure / hold the dates. I agree that I am 21 years of age or older.

I hereby fully release and discharge the Saranac Lake Civic Center, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims from injury, including death, damage or loss, which may be alleged to have risen out of, or in connection with the above facility rental.

I have read, understand and agree to the foregoing description within this Rental Inquiry and the Rental Rules & Guidelines for the facility.
